Recently leased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Nielsen. One of the only dealers in the area to have the exact package that I was looking for because of their huge selection. Very friendly sales staff and the financing aspect of the deal was extremely fast. Pricing was competitive with other dealers but nothing to brag about. My only complaint was that when I got into the financing room I was told that the first months payment was due. They offered to roll it into the current monthly payments or pay it up front. I should have known to ask that question before entering the financing office. On the other hand, they should have explained that when the deal was done. Overall good experience besides the little hiccup at the end.

Bruce is Great the only problem I have is with the website. I filled my appointment request with details of problems that I needed looked at. I did not receive a call or email confirming my request. Finally I did get a phone call but no appointment time was given. I had to call the service department anyway to get the time so why have a website. When I came in all of the details had not made their way to the Service man Bruce, so I had to go thru it all again. so why have a website?

I just purchased a 2008 Chevy Equanox from them on Friday and I am pleased with everyone there and the way I was treated. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them and plan on coming back next year and getting a new Dodge Journey. Tommy said he would make me a deal and I will hold him to it.
