Unethical, unprofessional, to say the least. I've been in radiology for the last 13 years and never have I seen a center run unlike this one. If you are looking for good service don't walk run from this place. For those of you whom have been a regular patient to this center probably wonder why you always see new faces at the front desk, well thats because all they hire is street trash, anybody with 1/2 a brain in their head would not work for these people. The front desk is garbage, the techs are garbage and really have no idea what they are doing. They are always backed up by 2-3 hours and finally when it is your turn to be called in if a regular physician calls and wants to send over a patient they will take them before you. They are not concerned with patient quality but only quantity, all they care about is making their numbers each month. Many of you probably wonder why they call this a stand up Mri when there is not one scan that is done standing, thats because of false advertising. You probably have seen their advertisements of putting a 500 pound person in the machine, only one small problem with that picture, it is a person standing OUTSIDE the machine. They market this as a zero claustrophobia rate of patients, WRONG, most people will probably be more claustrophobic in this machine than any other. Like i said if you are looking for good patient care stay far away from this place as you can, there are too many good Mri centers out there to accommodate your needs

Very professional place. This is located is in a mini mall. The parking of the mall parking lot helps a lot.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF, there was no consistent information provided. I was told that "THEY CANNOT PROVIDE ME WITH RECORD OF THE TEST THEY PERFORMED!!" seriously!! Its NY state law that patient has a right to their health information. Upon questioning this, i was told "oh it would take 10 days to get the information" and request letter cannot be personally brought into the center but has to be MAILED IN....no one had an answer when I asked why????.

To make my experience even bitter the DIRECTOR of the center was EXTREMELY RUDE, I was told that I did not know what I was talking about and I was told that ONLY the prescribing DOCTOR will be given opportunity to see the records of my MRI. I was wondering "IS THIS A SETUP", where does the patient stand in all this HEALTH BUSINESS"....His tone was unprofessional and he talked like a 5TH GRADER RUNNING AN MRI CENTER. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU GO HERE AS PATIENT IS THE LAST CONCERN ON THEIR LIST!!
