At first we thought St. Michaels would be the ideal resting place for my grandmother, u fortunately we were wrong. Their business motto is apparently: fast and loose! A few years ago at the request of someone whom is not the owner of our Mausoleum they added a picture of our loved one to the stone without our consent or knowledge. Once we requested it be removed they did so, leaving the mark of there the adhesive had been applied. Our inquiries of when the mark would be polished to match the rest of the stone were responded with a quote for how much it would cost US for them to repair the damage they had caused. We obviously never came to a resolution regarding this matter. Also the grounds are not being kept, there are overgrown bushes with ares that have begun to rot being completely ignored. And above all else the last time we went to visit there was an abumdance of trash on the ground. (I have the pictures to prove it) At this point if I could give it no stars I would.
