VERY POOR customer service. Waited over 30 minutes for the Budget shuttle from LaGuardia Airport to the rental place. In the meantime, there were shuttles every 2 minutes from other rental places (Dollar, Hertz, National, Avis). When arrived to the rental place, they did not accept my VISA debit/credit card from a major bank although I had plenty of money in the bank. I even offered to pay cash! The agent behind the counter did NOT show any concern about helping me; and suggested that I take the shuttle back to the airport and call another rental company! That I did; and will SURELY NEVER USE BUDGET EVER AGAIN!!!
