Picked up dumpster, then 2 weeks later sends email asking if they can pickup. ? Then, 2 weeks after picking up, send email stating it was over quoted weight and charged xtra 90! NEVER AGAIN! CROOKS!

I have been with eagle for over 8 years , always had great service - when my neighbor blocked access to my can they came back to pick it up and without being called - the guys on my stop work very hard and always have a smile and a wave and will take the time to help me when i needed it. when i call the office to make my payment the staff is super friendly and even if i have a bad day these girls can always lift my spirits and get me laughing- I appreciate this company and I would never go anywhere else - 5 stars just isnt enough in my opinion

Outstanding...always on time and recycle more products than any other disposal service. I have always had excellent customer service. Not sure why there are so many complaints here but Ive been very happy with them for at least four years now.

Paying for 3 cans of trash removal, only putting 2 cans out THEY TAKE ONLY ONE, SEVERAL WEEKS REPEATEDLY

Absolutely, the most incompetent disposal service around. They throw the pails and mix up the recyclables. Don't call for information, they won't have the answer.

Service continues to go down hill. They go up in price and the service gets worst. Pick up garbage and leave recycles behind, call and get the same excuse, " I apologize". This is not a excuse anymore. They claim they will pick it up the following day, sometimes they do but most of the time they do not and when you call again they want you to hold it for a week. Find another disposal company with better service that you can count on.

Sloppy. No customer service. Look for a different company to give your hard earned money.

they change trash days, skip weeks, make a mess, terrible service in my opinion and more...avoid the hassle!

would be helpful to know when trash collection will be, when regular collection day falls on a holiday. i.e. new year's day. betty
