Beware of JMS Window Replacement Corp and their unethical business tactics! JMS Window Replacement Corp was contracted by Semco Windows of Merrill, Wisconsin to replace many failed windows in my new home under the Semco Window warranty. JMS told me they had to charge me to replace my failed windows that were under warranty. Although this sounded suspicious, I was curious to see their quote. JMS called me with their quote. Their quote seemed high and I wanted to obtain at least one other quote to compare. JMS informed me they were going to destroy my warrantied Replacement windows. I contacted Semco about the matter and they claimed JMS was their only installer in the Chicagoland area. Semco was no help! Several months later, JMS called telling me I had to pay them $400 just to release my warrantied Replacement windows. I agreed to pay their ransom if JMS delivered them to my home in perfect condition. The president of JMS called me and informed me that he would NOT deliver my Semco warrantied Replacement windows and that "his $400 offer was off the table". The president of JMS Window Replacement Corp and Semco Windows have forced me to take legal action against them in order to receive my warrantied Replacement windows. No one should have work this hard to receive a Replacement product that is under warranty.
