H&M Limo is so great! Booked for my daughter's prom and Abbie was so helpful!!! She stayed in communication with me even on her "out of office" hours through her perosnal email, I felt very taken care of and super comfortable through out my whole Prom experience. We use them for our airport trips all the time and the reservationist's are so nice! We have only had one time where we waitied a little longer than normal for our car when we were at ORD but the dispatcher explained that it wasnt the drivers fault and there was a hold up at the lot, we were able to grab a cup of coffee and everything was great. I wish some people understood that when something does go wrong its not always the drivers fault. If you live in chicago you know it is prime construction season which causes traffic, choose to leave earlier. Just speaking my peace to the haters. This company has helped me and my family for many years and this Prom thing was a new experience for my family and like I said I was overlly pleased!!!!!
The worst service ever!! My car was over an hour late. I called 4 times for an ETA and they kept saying "he is pulling in." The dispatcher didn't even have the decency to apologize. I would NEVER recommend.

Do not use!!! I believe any positive reviews are false. The owner's daughter Abby quoted us and emailed us a price to take us to Midway airport. Then at the airport they tell us it is $200, instead of the $113!! We show the driver the paper and she said H&M will credit us back the difference on the return trip.
We call H&M and tell them the situation and are very rudely told "What do you want me to do about it?" Then we are told to call back on Monday to get it sorted out.
We call back today (Monday) and they tell us they will not credit us the money back and will not honor what we have in writing! Now we will be stuck at the airport because of their dishonesty.
I cannot believe this. Be warned!
Today it's neg 2 degrees. The driver stood by the trunk while I brought my first bag. Told him there was a second to receive attitude. Dude I know it cold but I'm not working. Got into a limo which wasn't warmed up nor had working heat. Called Steve at dispatch and I get a sorry and thanks for letting them know. My wife and I are cuddling in the back to keep warm which I guess they could consider a service but we are talking about how the class has been lessened from the world. Sorry to be spoiled but heat in a $135 limo is expected.
I have used H & M a lot of times never a problem very polite and they never need to ask directions actually they are on time they even swing by before the pick-up to make sure they are there on time. Drivers are clean an very eager to help you load your luggage very clean limos.Will be using them again in the Spring time.One Limo driver especially goes out of his way don't know if he is still there I just know his name was Tim M.
I've used H&M for many years and there service is actually very good. Never a problem. But there have been a number of times where I have been trapped in a car subjected to driver's political or religious views. I haven't had the problem when using Taxi service. This last trip was nauseating. H&M Drivers should remember that they are providing a service for which they get paid and tipped. Pissing off half of your customers is not good business. I won't be using them for my ride home this trip for fear of being stuck with the same driver. I don't want to get him in trouble so I won't name him, everyone needs to make a living, but I will look elsewhere for my future trips to and from the airport.
I have been using H&M Limosines for the last 5 years for business travel. Everytime I have used them I have been satisfied with their service. The drivers are on time, friendly, professional and the experience is so relaxing. The price is reasonable and you can not pay for the peace of mind of getting to where you need to go ontime. I have recommended this company to my co-workers and friends.
I used them for airport service for my family of 4 last year. They were on time, curtious, alert, and very helpful..the car was very clean and well kept. My kids loved going to the airport like "royalty". Upon, pick up to return home they were waiting for us and ready to go. Had newspapers for us to read in the back and again very helpful and curtious. The rate was reasonable as well...of course would have loved to pay less, but who wouldn't.Highly would recommend.
