      Awful

      I was told they would be there in 15 minutes- actual time nearly an hour. Towed from east Chicago to lake station taking all backroads cause tow truck won't go fast enough to be on expressway. Only take cash payments. Driver was unable to issue a receipt told me to call in and they'd email me one. Called several times never got a receipt for insurance. In a word pitiful
