Irwin Elementary School serves more than 400 students in kindergarten through grade five. The school s educational programs include instruction in mathematics, science, social studies and language arts. It also offers physical education and music classes. Irwin Elementary School features a library that provides research and reading materials. It administers a chorus, band, student council, parent-teacher association, and computer, reading, homework and science clubs. The school provides foreign language classes in Spanish and French. Irwin Elementary School organizes book fairs, Halloween parades and family fitness nights. In addition, it offers speech and language therapy and transportation options. The school is a part of East Brunswick Public Schools.
