Horrible! This is such an unprofessional business. It took almost 2 hours to rent a car that I had a reservation for. Once I finally left with the car, they called to tell me that they had given me the wrong car and I had to go back! Also, they "nickel and dime" you to death, charging for the most ridiculous things. I expected an extra charge for breathing! I will never rent from Dollar or Thrifty again.
