Dr. Budick is the best. He is my 4th, and final Vet/clinic, and will stay without any doubt at this time. My other vets all seemed fine, but I've learned! To ask before "Hiring" a doctor for your pet, to ask what equipment they have, what procedures are available! Anyway, I cannot stress enough how satisfied I am with Dr. Budick, the staff, the dealing with me, a "no sleeper". Now after personal health issues, I'm hoping me interrupting the meds schedule hasn't put my dog in any danger.

I have taken my dog here several times. The staff is very friendly, professional and considerate. I met Dr Lou once and I didn't get the same feeling as the negative reviewer did. He seemed just fine. Dr Stephanie is also very good, funny yet professional.
Also, their hours are good for me since they start early in the morning

Transit Valley Animal Hospital has been our vet since we moved to Clarence Ctr more than 16 years ago. We have always received good service and care for our dogs and cats. One dog has required surgery for bladder stones and that went well. I recommend this vet.

Dr. Lou is "good people". Caring, considerate and always available. I have been bringing our pets here for over 10 yrs. Have seen Dr. Lou in ditches tending to injured deer, making house calls for sick pets and using the utmost care when diagnosing our dog's behavioral issues. He opted to do research before putting our dog on medication. He was genuinely concerned when our cat went missing, and happy for us when he was found. His staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend his services.

I drive 30 minutes just to have my pets treated here. Dr. Budik and his staff are fantastic. They take their time and they care. They also will not do anything that isn't necessary just to make a few extra $$. Thank you for being wonderful.

I have taken my pets to Transit Valley now for almost 9 years and I love the staff, so friendly and considerate and patient. Dr Budik has always been straight forward and kind when it comes to the health of my animals. I have always received great care! I have to put down two of my elderly cats and he sat there with me and knew it was very hard for me to let them go, but he took the time with me, that what is important, and I know he will be there for me again when it comes time, BUT hopefully NOT too soon...

When one takes their pet to the vet's office....one would certainly expect their pet to be examined in FRONT of the vet and his or he present health discussed there. My cat was was examined behind closed door...yes...not in my presence...why was that? I am a "former" advocate of Transit Valley Animal Hospital after taking my precious cat for over 20 years...yes 20 years......not any more!!!!!!!!

After taking my cats for over 40 years to Transit Animal Hospital, my last visit was a week ago. When I was waiting for the vet to come in and exam my feline (in front of me) she was taken away by the vet tech (who I overheard remark) this is a mean cat. I have had my cat for 14 years and she does not have a mean bone in her body...why would people who are suppose to care for our pets make such a remark? Yes,while my cat was examed by Dr. Budik (BEHIND CLOSED DOORS) made me realize this would be mu ladst and final visit....Dr. Budik did not show his face once (all techs) to tell me personally aabout my cat's present health. When I asked to speak to him in perwson...he arrived rude and crude...like I was bothering him....bothering? He than preceed to tell me that my cat was old and I should prepare myself for this...huh????? I have taken my cat to another facility that had a vet who examed my car in front of me and explained for a 14 year old she was in good shape.....bye bye Dr. BOOOO

Dr. Budik at this hospital seemed to be driven strictly by profit. Of course we understand that every business needs to make money, but when it comes to the health care of any living creature..you know the "feeling' you get when their heart is not in it. The Doctor at this clinic , I would not recommend to anyone. The staff on the other hand are just great and I feel for them working there under his command.
