I had water leaking from the bottom of the furnace/central air unit and called New Era based on reviews from customers. The owner's wife answered the phone and could not have been more pleasant. She told me she would check with Jerry and call me back. She called and Jerry was on his way! The problem was fixed and he explained everything to me and I will never use anyone else and will recommend New Era to everyone!

We purchased our furnace and air conditioner from New Era about 15 years ago. Never a problem with either until air conditioner stopped working last night. I called Jerry this morning and he came out this afternoon. Very pleasant gentleman, same man that installed everything 15 years ago. He explained the problem, fixed it and was on his way. I am so glad we bought from him- he is the only one we would ever call. Price was very fair also. I completely recommend New Era, you will be very happy with them.

Do not go with this company if you want a new furnace. Find someone else! One day after having the furnace installed, I had someone over my house installing a humidifier, they were looking at my furnace and stated there was something that was missing from when the furnace was installed and they fixed it for me. New Era Heating and Cooling try and sell you there brand of filters because they want you to buy it from them.. His wife tells you that if you do not get the furnace serviced every year, the warranty for the company will not be valid, that is a lie, the company does not say that you need to have your furnaced serviced every year in order to have the warranty be valid, New Era and Heating just tell you that so you will spend money to get them over your house to service it. Like I said, go with someone else.
Called on Sunday at 4 pm - AC wasn't working. Jerry was busy but still made it at 830 pm. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fixed it immediately. Explains the nature of issues. Simple person - been in business apparently for 35 years - says he has a good clientele that keeps him busy and no need for advertisement. I learnt about him from a friend of mine. Charges are reasonable in my opinion. Would highly recommend.
