General Info
I am a practical, strengths-based, friendly and accessible therapist. You will find that while my style is relaxed and even fun at times, we stay on track with the needs you bring to me and get the results you are seeking in a timely manner. I am known among my fellow therapists as a counselor that can reach teens who do not want to be in counseling and make a lasting difference with individuals who have tried counseling many times before without success. I thrive on a challenge and believe that every client has what they need already to live a meaningful and happy life. It is my job to assist you in developing the tools, skills, and insights needed to make the most of who you already are. While I am also a caring and supportive listener for my clients, I will always be attempting to work myself out of a job. My goal is your happiness and independence. If I serve you well, I will eventually loose you as a client and perhaps gain your referrals.
