we had work done by them before when we had a spring issue service was exceptional prompt friendly. this time was the issue for an elderly neighbor,two gentlemen came out, Jack and Randy , same service, promt , friendly, knowledgeable . I arranged to have a garage door and opener installed at my home. At first we were visited by two installers who measured the door and verified what was needed to accommodate a new door from Clopay. Once the measurements were obtained it took approx. 3-4 weeks before installation. I received a call, when they said I would and advised me of when the installer would be out to install the door and opener. I was told he would be there by 9:15 AM and done by noon. Everything was pretty accurate. Installation went on without a hitch. Jeff the installer was very accommodating and answered any and all questions that I had about the installation. I would highly recommend this business as they provided what we discussed and came through on all of their promises. It was really a pleasure to do business with this company.
