Spa was in poor condition with several broken chairs. Staff and management were VERY RUDE. I have been a client for years and have taken many friends as well. The staff does not seem to care for the clients. In fact they time your pedicure and continually check their cell phone or even talk on it. They converse back and forth with each other and don't pay attention to clients. WILL NOT RECOMMEND....

Lady I had charged me $65 for gel tips and was extremely rude to me. Originally the price was $35-$40 but they added the price up at the end and somehow it was $65.... absolutely ridiculous. Nails stayed on well but this is the second time they have just made up a random amount.

I've been a few times now and every time I go they're kinda sloppy but this past time I had a worse experience. The lady that works there 'EMMY' charged me 3 extra dollars for my "extra lenth" nails even though all she did was a fill in and wasn't even adding length to my nails. Its only $3 but the fact she charged me for no reason is what really bothers me.

I always go to Pro Nails and LOVE them, but this day I was at PetSmart and just went next door. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Went in for gel nails and a manicure and asked for matte polish. The matte polish didn't work with the color, not their fault, but they kept trying. The red color was coming off when rinsed with alcohol, so the color was splotchy. At one point, I told them I had to leave, I was on lunch (I had already been there for an hour and a half). The manager came up to me, told me to come back any day that week, that'd he'd fix it for me.



I go in two days later after work to get them fixed. New manager- I can't find my receipt and I can't remember the lady's name that did my nails. After I explained to him that 1. there was a different manager there two days before 2. he told me he would be there so didn't take my name and 3. the employees don't wear name-tags so I didn't know her name, someone that worked there FINALLY said, "oh yeah, I remember her." The manager starts yelling about how I have to pick the same polish I used last time I told him that I would love to, but the polish didn't work right, but I would pick a similar color. He also said he would "Let it slide" this time since I didn't have my receipt. I was so over it. 30 minutes later, my nails are breaking off because apparently the lady two days before put about 10 coats of gel polish on and they couldn't get it off! New lady did a very sloppy job.



Will not be returning.

Waited 20 minutes before getting called back for my pedicure. It's Saturday and they are busy I understand. Then I had to wait 45 minutes in the pedicure chair be for I had to get up and ask for a nail technician! My feet were freezing because the water had gotten cold. Customer service sucks.

I got my pedicure here and they did a terrible job with polishing my toes! When I looked in the pedicure bowl I saw dirt on the sides! I was not happy with this place! Don't go!

Get pedicures regularly here because of getting wicked in grown toe nails. Never have to wait, they are always friendly and never have any problems with service or the pedicure itself. I have always had different techs each time and have never had a problem.

Yep, just like all those bad comments under me, this place truly is bad. I got my eyebrows done and the worker there who did my eyebrows and i guess she was new but she made my skin burn and my eyebrows werent even at all.

I got my gel polish but it was expensive and they didn't have good experience because my gel polish chipped off after 2 days!

I received a pedicure from this company 3 days ago and they cut not one but 3 of my toes. Upon calling to let them know I have be getting the run around and the number I was given for the owner has not been answered nor have they called back. I am a diabetic and for me this is a serious matter and they could care less!!!

I've been there 3 times, each time my pedicure was terrible. Beautiful salon, awful technicians. The man at the front does not even care if you complain. Poorly run as far as customer satisfaction. Just a huge sweat shop.

I hate this place they dont do good designs and i hate the language barrier they have. Always talking is there language and also they werent very nice when i asked to get the dead skin off my feet, and they didnt even get it off!

At supernails the pedicure is only $22 dollars u can save $3 and plus theyre service is not the best GO TO SUPER NAILS

I LOVE VIP NAILS!!!! ASK FOR AARON!!!!!!!!!! Very relaxing nail salon, the BEST in Easley! I got a pedicure and it lasted almost a month. I was amazed. I got there regularly to get my nails done and I love it! The people are very nice and always try to help everyone have a relaxing and pleasant experience, and they never fail to offer something to drink (soda, water, margarita, a glass of wine....whatever you want). This is without a doubt the best place in town!!!

VIP Nails & Spa was discovered by calling around and found what I needed for my loss of eyelashes. Tiffany that does add-ins for your eyelashes is excellent in doing this job. You can be sure that it is done right, and you will get compliments on it when you go out.

Love this place. It is not any more expensive than any other nail spas. They have pedicures that start at $25, and it is the basic pedicure, just like what you would receive anywhere else. They do have more expensive treatments if that is what you want. I would not go anywhere else in the Easley area!

Big space, great color choice, friendly staff, very relaxing! Loved it!! Will go back!!
