i like the shop they have a wide range of products BUT every time iv been in the guy thats about 25 with brown hair buzzcut has been short/rude, the last time i was in he was short once again an then went on to complain to his coworkers about a "phone customer" including the cuss words that were exchanged while customers were in the store..
this guy is gonna run the store into the ground one handed!
this is why i will not be returning there an taking my business to the (great escape) in greenville. 20mins out of my way but atleast their staff is helpful an not rude/short with you
David and his folks run a stellar operation. All the people are knowledgeable in the hobby and they have the greatest selection of any shop anywhere. I shop there frequently and have never been greeted with anything but a smile. Always get what I came for. Some things must be ordered, naturally, but they are most helpful in getting what you request. I rate this hobby shop AAAAAAA++++++.
