don't really deserve a one star, I paid $2000.00 to repair / overhaul a ford expedition transmission. I had to take it back 6 times and it was never right. ended up paying a real transmission shop to make the repair. what makes it so bad is you choose the local town guy due to trust and he just messes you over like crazy. You would be better off not even making the call nor stopping buy, it was a major mistake to take my auto there.
