I'm sure this will get removed before anyone truly see's and hears the truth. I would not give this "dentist" nor his office one star but I had no other choice. Yesterday I went to this "dentist" for this first time because I had a cracked front tooth that I just had a root canal on and needed to have a crown. I was in high hopes that it wasn't going to be another dentist who asks if I could afford their services and was only looking at my wallet verses being a concerned dentist who was finally a person who cared about someones's problems medically speaking, but then I realized real quick that those type of people are hard to find anymore. It's like trying to find a needle in a haystack. When I got there I met the staff and they all seemed very nice. Now take note that my problem was a cracked front tooth in need of a crown but was told I needed my teeth to be cleaned also. I don't understand why that is done first when I would expect to get to the main problem first then would come all the other things that need to be done. I've already been to a few dentist offices that look at me or anyone else and think, "MONEY" and I'm very cautious when I walk in any offices now. When I was having my teeth cleaned, no one told me nor the Dental Hygienist I had a bottom cracked tooth and to be aware of that. So as she was cleaning I felt a big piece of a tooth go to the back of my throat and left there with no concern to fix it unless I had $265.00. And actually I was told to put that, "tooth" under my pillow and maybe the tooth fairy would come. Well that didn't happen to accommodate their services and was told it was a never a tooth to begin with. When I got it, (my tooth), out of my mouth it sure looked like a tooth to me. I wish I had of kept it for many reasons. I came in with a tooth, which they said at first was one, then I left with nothing done to "only" a "filling" of a tooth. They called it that today, but at least that "filling" didn't leave me in pain all night and today and would not even be seen nor even talked to by the "dentist" this morning when I called voicing my problem, my concern. So basically now I have a front temporary tooth as I wait for the crown and something rigged up to temporarily fix the hole that happened on their part yesterday. So once again I learned I cannot trust ANYONE these days as well as knowing you better have a lot of money, even with insurance, otherwise your treated as this day and time, in my eyes being, "NOT THEIR PROBLEM" and that is very sad. So with all that said, if anyone gets to read this without either being deleted or commented on by them to cover their reputation, then DO NOT waste your time. Your better off fixing it yourself because I'm pretty sure we could fix it better in the long run anyway. Thank you!
