I would personally recommend you find someone else as a handyman repair. I'm a tentant if one of his Mobil homes and he failed to repair the furnace told me jiggle the wall thermostat I ended up in hospital for over five weeks and didn't repair it still till end of summer when AC unit failed his trailer code violations improper spacing in his deck porch twisted boards and a hazard when wet untreated and unpainted the windows infested with bugs half or old and deteration and in the creep no gfci outlets at facets n kitchen or bathroom wax ring toliet base leaks and doors w/out stoppers all he wants is something to do other then his own business wife's always cutting him down laughing of his childhood response no need to say more ..
