The only thing I didn't like about this office is the wait. My first appointment, I waited a good while to be seen. But they have taken very good care of me. I have a fear of dentists and he really helped with that by explaining everything to me and helping me understand what is going on with my teeth. Very kind staff.

I was a new patient to Dr.Hernadez i am 27 weeks pregnant and i am new to the area. I called and set up an apointment with my insurance and act. I went into my appoint appx 30 minutes early to fill out new patient information. After giving them my insurance info i sat down with appx 5-8 other patients waiting as well. My appointment was scheduled at 2pm and that time came and went, around 2:30 i asked one of the office ladies how much longer the wait would be, they said they were having trouble with my insurance (which they should've processed when i orginally gave them the information over a week ago) at 2:50 they finally call me back and take my weight and blood pressure, then send me back to the lobby! another 15 minutes go by and i am called into the office. The Dr and a nurse are in the room, he doesn't even introduce himself and says " i heard there was a misunderstanding:" "i told him i was upset that i had been waiting over an hour AFTER my scheduled appointment to be seen due to them having issues with my insurance or ect. when the insurance should've been taken care of when i called to set up my appointment", he muttered in a very low voice "well i can't help you" and walked out of the office. when i left the entire lobby was filled with patients waiting to be seen and in the over 90 minutes i had been there only 4 patients had been called back. By far the WORST "Doctor" i have even seen. Poor patient care and neglectful and rude staff. Not patient oriented at all. I will never see him under any circumstance ever again, I would not recommend even my worst enemy to be seen there.
