My cat was spayed this afternoon and the vet recommended we not buy an Elizabethan collar unless we needed one. The cat would not stop licking the incision, so my wife went to the Kuna Zamzows. We purchased a collar from our local Zamzows but it was not the right size, so we called this one. They said they had it and my wife left immediately to go get one. She arrived no more than 2 minutes after they closed and when she went to the door they looked at her and pointed to their watch, even though she was holding the oversized collar in her hands. she tried to get their attention for a few minutes and they purposely ignored her instead of spending an extra couple of minutes getting the collar we needed to keep our cat from licking the stitches. Luckily there was a 24 hour emergency vet nearby that was more than happy to help. I don't recommend anybody who works in the service industry that would shun their customer base.
