Whether you believe it or not, they were the stars of our wedding! Words can't even describe how beautiful and breathtaking the flowers were at every stage of our wedding celebration! their hard work and willingness to accomodate our needs was unparalleled, and we truly appreciate it all!

I shop there and always get nice flowers

The owner was rude is an understatement.....I have seen flowers from this shop died within two days of delivery and when we called the owner told us we must have done something wrong and they would not replace the flowers or issue any type of credit and was very rude about it. This flower shop also raises it prices if the owner or staff "does not like you" so many of their 'loyal' customers are paying 30-40% higher than other shops. This onwer likes to play herself off as a 'concerned Eagle citizen and business women' when in truth she is a thief. If you order flowers here you are an idiot......Try Boise at its Best......and be sure to ask the owner why she does not own that shop anymore!

Me and all my friends from school always go to Hope Blooms to get our boutanaires (sp?) and corsages for school dances. I think the whole school goes there because it is close and nice and so are the people who work there. I had a bad experience with another flower shop who do not treat us with respect just because we are teenagers---hello, we are still customers!! So my mom said to go to Hope Blooms for now on! Go Mustangs!

It is hard going the entire Idaho winter not putting anything on my great grandpa's grave. He helped to raise me growing up, so I feel bad leaving his headstone empty because flowers just die in the cold. I went to Hope Blooms and they had a cute little tree made out of rosemary that I put on his grave. Even though it took a major hit from the cold, it still looked good and am I glad that they were able to help me out and come up with something that could go out there. I was thinking next time I would have them make me the silk flowers, but I hope maybe they might have a little tree like that again. I have never had a place go out of their way to help me out and I am kind of a picky person so I appreciated their kindness, patience, and warm hearts.

My experiences with Hope Blooms have been nothing but the best of the best. Cream of the crop in the floral business!

I had the most BEAUTIFUL birthday flowers delivered to my house today! Not only were the flowers wonderful but the delivery man was nice and very friendly! I called to tell them how beautiful they were, and the woman I spoke to was so nice!!!! If you want the best flower arangement definately go to Hope Blooms.

Hope Blooms does poor business. Twice now people have ordered flowers for me for special ocassions and both times the flowers were wilting the day after delivery. Aslo, when my daughter got married a year ago we sat down with their consultant and wrote up the flower order the bride was happy. However, a week prior to the wedding the owner said we talked to the wrong consultant and wouldn't honor our order so we were left scrambling for flowers at the last minute!

Do not trust Hope Blooms to provide the flowers for your special day. They delivered flowers that I did not order and used silks instead of real flowers for several arrangements. When I shared my concerns following the wedding, Dorothy, the owner, insisted that I should have contacted her then. Two hours before my wedding (and right before pictures) was just too late! Unless you want flowers you didn't order (and droopy ones nonetheless), look elsewhere.
