Family Pool & Spa, as the name suggests, is Family owned and operated. We believe that honesty and integrity are paramount in business. We are also conscientious of your pocketbook, and try to give our customers several options when it comes to solving problems. Mike & Randal Amschel own and operate Family Pool and Spa LLC. The brothers have worked with some the best in the industry & are highly adept in the trade. Mike started out in the business, on the construction side of the industry. When new pool construction waned, he went into the service & maintenance side of the industry. Within several years Mike was running the service department for the largest pool construction company in the region. Mike then transitioned into retail Pool and Spa sales, and customer service. Before deciding to start up with his wife and brother, Mike ran one the most successful Pool and Spa retail stores in the valley. During his time in the industry, Mike has established a reputation of being polite, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and giving sound advice. Randal Amschel also had his start on the construction side of the industry. For the past 5 years he has worked to establish & fine tune Family Pool and Spas' Maintenance and Service Departments. He holds numerous certifications (Certified Pool Operator, Spa Technician, and Pool Technician). He is proficiently expert at diagnosing, replacing, and improving existing equipment. Randal is keen at observing what is best practice for varying situations. He is knowledgeable, fastidious, and friendly. Expect to see him and his men your backyard!
