I came to THIS jiffy lube as a college student with barely any knowledge in cars. I just wanted my oil changed. They charged me 60$ for an oil filter, an air filter, and the oil. Not only this, but my car smoked profusely every day since. I checked the oil a day later and it was almost completely EMPTY! I took it back and they told me that the must have accidentally spilled on my engine block and that is why it was smoking-- they told me to wash it off with a hose. They were young grease monkeys with little to no customer service knowledge. HORRIBLE place.

They assumed that since I had a high mileage SUV that I would want to spend an extra $2 PER QUART of oil for high mileage oil. They put it in without even asking me!!!! And stuck me with a $35 bill on my $19.99 oil change (with coupon). Last time they told me my differential fluid was horribly bad, this time, they didn't even mention it. Watch out, they are not acting in your best interest or up front about their pricing.
