The Hemp bagels are fantastic. A friend found them at a local health store south of Boston and we discovered we can order DIRECTLY from the bakery! High protein, great fiber, tasty and nutritious food. If you have not tried this place, you are missing out. If we were not on the East Coast I think I would eat at FMB daily.
