This place gets zero rating. I had to post a star but they don't even deserve one. They are- 100. The place is small, bad decoration, no ventilation, stinks acrylic chemicals. The place looks so cheap and bad. The ladies don't speak English and seemed to talk trash about customers at all time. They are so rude especially the young one. I went there one day to get my eyebrows done the old lady did it, she was nice. No privacy she did it in front of everybody. It hurted crazy for couple days and my eyebrows were red and irritated, I looked like a fool and I had to wear sunglasses for couple days it was a very bad eyebrow job. They don't do a good job on eyebrow's. They do a much better job at Issac's Barbershop on Cambridge. Yes no waxing but at least the guys know what they are doing. They are also certified and have diplomas The eyebrows look perfect. I am sure none of them have diplomas in this place. The young one with short hair she is so so rude OMG. I went there to get my nails done for the first time at that place. I am a new customer I should be treated with respect and get all the info I want and need. I was asking on prices and all. She was more than just rude. She kept on changing the price. They are so dishonest. She asked me for the money before the nails was done. What the hell?? She did not clean my nails at all and she did not do a good job with the full set. When she was filing she hurt my nails and fingers. She was very careless. She did not take her time to do the full set and was doing it fast like she was rushing and was trying to get rid of me asap. There were other customers and no customers after me so why rush? She did not clean the acrylic nails after filing. When the nails were almost done, she turned the heater off and was like you can go like I am done with you I got your money go away now. Not a thank you or see you again or nothing. What kind of customer service is that? After my nails were dried I was thinking she will put some hand cream on my hands and a small massage nothing at all. I was shocked. The prices are not great ladies for the poor job and bad customer service. Gorgeous nails Salon your nails won't be gorgeous. Gorgeous Nail Salon what? It's not a salon it's a dump! Don't go there I warned you.
