Took my car in to get an actuator fixed. When they looked at the car they told me I needed TWO actuators to fix the problem - to the tune of $672.55 which I approved. When I came to pick up the fixed car I opened the door and noticed wires and a light hanging down from under the glove compartment. A lit up light and wires just hanging there and they didn't bother to notice it. I had to go right back in the office and tell them they weren't finished with my car and to fix that hanging wire and light. They did that while I waited. Then I drove my car home and discovered that the driver side door automatic lock no longer worked. It worked just fine when I dropped it off there. Now I have to use my key to get in and manually lock it when I leave. I drove right back there and asked what happened to my door lock. That it worked when I dropped it off but now that they worked on my car, it was broken. I was quite upset. So they said they would look at the door because it wasn't anything they had done. I said it worked before they touched it but not now and I wanted it fixed. They looked at the door lock and said they found ANOTHER actuator broken inside the door. To fix that would cost several hundred more dollars!!! I said I wanted them to fix whatever happened to that door lock for no charge. They responded there was nothing they could do, that cars just get old and it was a weird coincidence that the door no longer worked for the same problem. They refused to fix it without charge and told me there was nothing they would do for me, even if I called the owner. That it was just my tough luck that it broke. I am now in the situation of having to pay several hundred more dollars or just use my key to get in the car. First wires and a light hanging from under the glove compartment that they ignored, then broken automated door lock. I did talk to the corporate office who said the owner refused to fix the broken door lock at no charge, but they would be willing to knock down the price. Why would I pay them hundreds more??? I would not recommend them for anything. Not even for an oil change.
