Our state-of-the-art 4, 400 sq. ft. Martial Arts facilities -- located in Homewood, IL and Dyer, IN -- will meet all your training needs. Large matted practice areas and a complete array of top-of-the-line equipment are available for your training. Our professional Martial Arts instruction provides a total body workout suitable to any age.
