The goal is to plant seeds for change to blossom. The initial sessions will assess current patterns of thoughts and behaviors, and challenge the ones that are in the way of reaching goals. This collaborative relationship is guided by your understanding of what you would like to see altered. The treatment plan, goals & objectives are client centered to empower you to learn new perspectives & successful choices. The mission is to guide & offer tools towards being in a mindful body, self awareness, better control of thoughts, positive perception, gaining tools to regulate emotions better... leading to better behaviors & choices made throughout your lifetime.
