I just left Verizon Wireless at Northgate Mall and Mr. Nate Campbell (a very handsome young man) worked with me in getting my new phone activated and I most say he was the most knowledgeable, personable and patient person I've met in a long time. He explained things well enough so that I could comprehend it very well. I'm not that savvy when it comes to this new technology being a senior citizen and I cannot say enough good things about him.
