The business damaged or misplaced a large portion of the furniture due to negligence and failed to rectify most of the issues in a timely manner. I am writing in regards to a June 22nd move with the Durham, NC location. The movers showed up an hour and 45 minutes late, and no one called us to inform us they were running late until an hour and fifteen minutes after the schedule appointment time. In the rush to get back on schedule, the movers damaged 2 pieces of furniture and lost the shelves to 2 bookcases.

The movers were very professional as well as proficient. They were courteous and very respectful with my things. I plan to use the service over and over if all the movers are like these two. I was skeptical at first because my last move wasn't the greatest, but this move has changed my mind. These going men are most certainly assets to the company! Please keep them!
