I've taken several Items to Thu's for work. The work is always excellent and usually done ahead of the promised date. Recently, I took a old, but valued backpack that was falling apart in for repair. I asked only that it be made useful again and that looks don't matter. When I got it back, not only did it function, but it looked like new! They even repaired one item that I hadn't pointed out and didn't charge me any more. Great work and really nice people.
