My job—and my passion—is to create a space for you to gain the clarity and courage to prioritize your next big thing. Let’s talk about how to make it happen with Bang it Out! Coaching, The Pandora Passport, Uncommon Confidence, and When Survivors Give Birth educational trainings. As a life coach and health educator, I've spent the bulk of my career helping women listen to themselves, make time for what works and say ‘no’ to what’s holding them back. I work with busy women who want to feel and act with greater confidence in the large and small moments of their life. My clients are smart, capable and connected, eager to do things differently. Do more of what you want your way and less of what you don’t.
