I dropped off a watch to have links soldered. When I go to pick up my watch the links and face are discolored. He proceeds to tell me the discoloration is my fault. A watch only worn off and on for 6 months. STAY AWAY!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

The diamond on my engagement ring was loose. They tightened it and polished/cleaned it up in about 15 minutes while I waited. It cost me $40 dollars. A very reasonable price and the stone is very secure now. He also checked the smaller diamonds around it to make sure they were tight. Fast service, reasonably priced, did exactly what I needed. Outstanding repair on my engagement ring. The Italian gentleman was so helpful he resized my platinum engagement ring down a full size to a 6 from a 7. He polished out some scratches I made from every day use. It looks Brand New. The ring sizing feels perfect. I will definitely do business with them again.

I went to Lafayette Jewelers to have my fianc's platinum engagement ring sized. This was the one place I found that offered the service of sizing the ring while we waited and watched. Tony (the Jeweler) did an amazing job with the ring and gave it back to us in better shape than when I purchased it. My fianc and I were extremely happy and recommend everyone in need of jewelry repairs to visit his shop!

Had my Timex 150 lap tap watch battery replaced. When I got home and went to do a track workout, I realized that many functions were not working: beep, tap function, etc. I took it back to the store and explained the problem. Initially, the store owner said that Timex watches do NOT have tap functions. It was written on the watch, so he could then no longer deny that. The owner then took the watch apart and then reassembled it, a bit haphazardly, and then insisted that I better read the manual. He made it clear that I do not know how to set my watch. I've had and used this watch for over 2 years. I explained AND showed him how to use it and how to set these functions. He still insisted I don't know how to use my watch and that was that. Also, while I was there, I witnessed that another customer had come back and was also having some issues as well. These people shouldn't be in business.

I am completely delighted to know there are reputable jewelers around to do quality work at an affordable price. Thank God for them!

Awesome t jewelers and very professional. Tony resize my platinum engagement ring in less than half an hour while I was waiting. After the work is done, I was trilled because the ring looks like new.

I've been to several different locations in the triangle area to have my Tag Heuer watch battery replaced and they all needed 4 to 6 weeks to mail it, replace the battery and get it back to me. Fortunately, I was referred to Tony by a colleague and he replaced the battery within a few minutes while I was watching at a very reasonable price. Excellent service and I will definitely come back.

I agree with person before me. This guy has a bad attitude, and gives horrible customer service. I am not going back there. He needs to be shut down!

Tony repaired my crystal necklace. Restrung the beads & charm in 1/2 hour and you can't tell it was repaied. Good job, quick service & fair price.
