This site is dedicated to serving our members and consumers seeking real estate information in Durham and the Triangle The purpose of Durham Association of REALTORS is to promote real estate by providing ethical, professional services to its members and the community it serves. Founded in 1922, Durham Association represents approximately 1000 REALTORS and Associate members in the Triangle. We unite those engaged in the real estate profession in this community with the North Carolina Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS, thereby furthering their own objectives throughout the State and Nation, and obtaining the benefits and privileges of membership therein. The term REALTOR is a registered collective mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS and who subscribes to its strict code of ethics.
