Durham Public Schools (DPS) is a public school system with two elementary Montessori schools, a health sciences academy, its own school of the arts and many more offerings. Located in Durham, N.C., the school operates various departments, including community education, child nutrition services, educational technology, human resources, finance, student assignment and information technology, among others. In addition to a rigorous instructional program, DPS offers many programs that enhance learning, such as an arts program, school media centers and more.
