Not recommended. I went here for my annual and they told me that I did not owe a copay. I inquired again to be sure because I know my insurance has a $45 copay attached to specialist visits. They still said I owed nothing. When I got a bill and confronted them, they used the excuse that their employee was new and gave me incorrect information, but they did nothing to correct their mistake and take care of the $40 I owed (apparently Duke had “reallocated”, without permission, I might add, money I had on credit because they overcharged me somewhere). I do not have an issue with the provider I saw, other than she is unwilling to help correct this issue, but I will not be going back. I will be sending in 100 checks for $0.40 each and hope they spend more money processing my checks than they make off of me because now I’ve been lied to and nothing was done to rectify the situation.
