Schedules are not as shown on their website as "flexible hours". Schedules are very inflexible. Very often only one time and one date are given. They do not care about patients' or their parents' time. Also once my daughter's brace causes pain and blisters because of the wire in her brace, I had to call their emergency number. They were very reluctant to have it fixed the next day. They told me to put wax until the week after when they are available in the office. My impression about this office is that the patients are not their highest priority.
