Joe has worked on my house a number of times, all with good results. Most of the projects have been small, which I have found is the type of work it is particularly hard to get good help for. He shows up when he says he will, does quality work, and charges a fair rate. He's not cheap, which is good because cheap means trouble in my experience. It's a fair rate. Highly recomended.
