I live in PA and have a rental house in Leesburg, FL. My tenant advised me there was a crack in the outside stucco wall. I called Dave on a Friday afternoon, and he took the time to run out, that Friday, to take a look around my house and advise of what needed to be done. According to my tenant, Dave was polite, professional, extremely thorough and quite helpful :) In today's world where the word "service" is no longer a "verb", Dave has proven his integrity, professionalism and reliability with his willingness to go "above and beyond" based on one "stranger's" phone call :)
