Dr. Bass was extremely friendly. However, she was unable to provide any advice regarding my foot pain besides "wear comfortable shoes." After going to an orthopedic surgeon it was determined that her diagnosis of mild arthritis was completely false. Additionally, my husband went to her for over a year with what she said was muscle pain and received several steroid injections from Dr. Bass. When he finally sought a second opinion, the orthopedic doctor promptly diagnosed him with a broken bone in his foot, which Dr. Bass completely looked over.
