These people wrote the book on kick a man when he is down.. A business owner in Wilmar MN. called me 2 days ago and asked me to drive from my business in Clinton to Cotton's body shop in Dunn to pick up a Trailer that Cottons had in there storage. Cottons had picked up a 6 x 10 trailer on 8/10/12 The trailer had no damage so a wrecker was not needed. The trailer had been rented in MN and not returned but taken to Dunn and dropped of at a store less than 300 ft from Cottons Body Shop. To make a long story short they charged the rental store $300.00 to pick up the trailer, tow it less than 300ft and store it less than 72 hrs.
