I liked going here because very convenient for shopping but the guy in the deli wow what an attitude nasty don't know how he is still there. He's bad for business everyone I talk to said the same thing. Produce manager? Wonderful very friendly and helpful. I have stopped going there there's a lot of stores out there with much nicer deli guys! Don't get me wrong the other deli people great but every time I went there there he was so gerritys I will shop!

I like Riccardo's in Dunmore, PA. The one guy in the meat/deli dept. has a bit of an attitude but does his job. I've heard from a lot of people that they have problems with the employees but being in the retail mkt. is a tough job. The man who runs the produce dept. (Rocco?) is always friendly and helpful. I get a little anxious when cashiers talk to each other while checking me out but that's not a big problem. All in all, I like their meats, produce and specials. Their employees should not be what I'm going there for.

I dislike this store. Managers are mean to the customers and employees. The lady manager with the short blonde hair has attitude every time. The employees I speak to are not happy and they complain about how they are treated to the customer. Their merchandise is all over the place and it an unpleasant experience and a hostile store. It seems like if something isn't done, this business will not make it.

I go to Riccardo,s' Market regularly. They have a great meat department and their employees are always friendly.

Ive gotten bad food from this store. It was precooked chicken that was spoiled and smelled bad even after it was cooked. This wasnt the first time and there were other things I bought there that I believe were old and should not have been sold. The kids that work at the registers are nice people and are friendly, however the owner who sometimes works the register for the lottery tickets, cigarettes and small purchases told me that I should not checkout at her register if there are other registers available. I had one item and she got on my case for bothering her and said you know there are other registers open. She was not busy with anyone else and Ive been a costumer at their two former locations going back to the 1970s. Is this how you treat your loyal customers? I dont recommend this place anymore, there are much better places to buy groceries.
