I sent my guitar in for repairs in August, they guy told me it would be until November until he would have it ready. Now, it is December and the guitar is still not ready. I called the first time and they told me it would be ready in week. After a week, I called back again and was told it would be two more weeks before I could get it. I still haven't received my guitar back and still have no idea when it will be ready. I think this is a good company but for repairs it seems like they take on much more than they can handle, as my guitar is over a month overdue now. I wouldn't suggest them for any repairs.
