General Info

I am a DONA birth doula. I support pregnant women and their partners during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. I provide information (evidence based), emotional and physical support during and in the weeks leading up to labor. I help moms initiate breastfeeding and visit with them postpartum. I do not give any medical advice, and I do not give my opinion. My goal is always to support the families in their decisions and choices,
