Dr. Megna is a pretty nice lady that did listen to my needs to recommend the best treatment plan possible. Jolene in reception could be my new bff. Seriously. She is knowledge about billing practices and is very polite. She put me at ease, especially after explaining my irrational anxiety regarding doctors/dentists in general. My one complaint is that she could have been more thorough on the billing explanation. I was billed for a $129 toothbrush (crest has a $20 rebate form online from when you but from the dentist! ) that I wasn't expecting. I have never unwittingly been sold an electric toothbrush by going to the dentist in the past for s simple cleaning. That being said, I have wanted one for a while, and I did read some reviews before going in for my cleaning that made me want to keep it on my bill. Still, it wasn't something I found to be standard practice at other dental offices. Caveat emptor, as they say. Overall, staff and services met and exceeded expectations.
