I set up an apt time an day, a week prior to apt . the repairman didn't show up the day of the appointment. I called to find out what happened. The person answering phone states they called the day before to me and no answer. this was a lie. No one called. we answer our phones all day long...this is a business. Now had to call another serviceman. plus stated on their website. says this offer same day repair. why did I have to wait a week for this appointment then, if offer same day repair?? person answering phone wouldn't come out to our business after me calling. I would never recommend this service to anyone. we have an very busy business here. if this repairman was good would've been recommended to our clients... Poor businessman~!
