I am in favor of this dermatology group. They are very professional, and know how to treat a patient. Very happy with rebate coupons, and the extra mile they go for the help I need. Waiting time is very short, and friendly receptionist(s). Busy group but they are definately on top of the patient's needs!

I had a really unpleasant experience a vderm. The doctor I saw was rude and uncaring. Plus they never told me that the biopsy and shot they did could do permanent damage. I only found out when I picked up my results. It said that I had been warned and understood the warning when this was not the case. I now have had a tickling feeling for weeks in the area. When I called them they said it was normal, that it was healing. Another dermatologist with years of experience told me she'd never heard of such a thing.

Dr. Soe and her staff are friendly, and calming. Dr. Soe and her staff are very skilled at injecting a biopsy site with local anesthetic, and not causing pain. I never had a local anesthetic injected so painlessly. I am a retired physician,and am very impressed with the constant high quality of their work.
