We provide home buyers that can't get a mortgage right away with a special Lease/Purchase program which allows them some time to do what they may need in order to become eligible for a mortgage. They may need to clean up their credit, or just have some time to come up with a down payment. They were possibly the victim of the market crash in 2007, or they are in between jobs, or in the middle of divorce, whatever the reason we can help!
