I really like that they tell you the cost of the repair before they do it. I do not like surpises. I will definately use them again. The person answering their phone (in think her name is Jen) was very helpful and friendly.
I had my furnace, ac and air exchanger replaced by Streiz about 8 years ago. All have since gone bad and they could care less. They tried to sell me another system! After spending $12,000 just a few years ago I wasn't about to get fooled again. Jesse's response... "You got no effing clue. Click"
During a recent hot spell our air conditoner broke down. We thought we would have to wait days to get someone over to fix it. We called Streitz and they were here the same day. The service man was polite and dressed in a clean white shirt and even wore booties to cover his shoes.
We are not from this area but recently moved here so we were not sure whom to call. We sure guessed right when we choose Streitz heating. They were on time and very helpful. Every one we have talked to since have confirmed our feelings.

These 3 workers were very nice. They put on their shoe protectors even after I told them they didn't have to. Very pleasant and they knew what they were doing
